Once your order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

Von Duke is powered by Shopify. However, all transactions are made directly between you and Von Duke. Shopify bears no responsibility for products sold through our store.
You expressly release Shopify from all claims arising from your transactions with Von Duke.
